Project Title/Research Interests: Exploring the Relationship between Domestic Violence-Related Firearm Laws and Firearm Femicide

Background:
Wilson worked as a middle school science teacher and in the mental health technology space before receiving her MPH in 2020 from the University of Washington, where she focused on implementing and evaluating global mental health interventions and injury and violence prevention. Wilson’s research interests include the public health implications of firearm policy and mass incarceration and initiatives that address disparities in access to mental healthcare.
