The UCLA Mitochondria and Metabolism Imaging Core provides the necessary technical and conceptual resources to image and analyze mitochondria parameters. Services include high content imaging as well as high-resolution imaging for measurements of mitochondrial morphology and membrane potential, reactive oxygen species, mitophagy, NAD/NADH, cristae imaging, pH measurements, cell-monolayer electron microscopy, cell growth, differentiation, and more. Additionally, use of equipment can be scheduled, and training is provided. Available equipment include: Zeiss LSM880 with Airyscan, 2-Photon and FLIM Module, ImageXpress High Content Confocal Screening, Echo Revolution, Abberior STEDycon, miniTEM, Echo Cell Cyte and the AIVIA and Huygens Deconvolution software.
