The University of California CTSA Network Welcomes Stanford

The regional network of University of California CTSAs, known as UC Biomedical Research, Acceleration, Innovation and Development (UC BRAID), is partnering with the Stanford CTSA to expand patient recruitment capabilities, improve interactions with the health care industry, and enhance regulatory efficiency, among other things.

"Enhancing our capacity for creative team science across our campuses will afford new opportunities to translate the most important research discoveries to the benefit of all our communities," Dr. Steven Dubinett, director of the UCLA CTSI and incoming chair of UC BRAID, said.

In addition to UCLA, UC Davis, UC Irvine, UC San Diego and UC San Francisco are members of UC BRAID.
