KL2 Translational Science Scholars Program
Designed to improve the number, quality, and length of “on-ramps” to scientific careers.
The Program goals are to:
- improve the success of junior faculty pursuing translational science careers;
- enhance their ability to make important scientific discoveries that will lead to better health;
- translate those scientific discoveries to patients and communities and

increase diversity of the scientific workforce.
