Microbiome Core (UCLA)

The UCLA Microbiome Core performs services related to microbiome studies including 16S ribosomal RNA gene sequencing, shotgun metagenomics sequencing, human/animal sample processing (feces, tissues, intestinal lavage, oral and vaginal swabs), frozen fecal sample aliquoting, and bioinformatics analysis of 16S rRNA and shotgun metagenomics data.
