Advisory Committee Plan
Overall Details
Although Advisory Committee is not a required training program component, it is highly recommended. Include the following details on a separate document:
- Composition, roles, responsibilities, and expertise of committee members
 - If known at the time of submission, include committee member names
- If allowed by the NOFO, Advisory Committee members may also provide Letters of Support
 
 - Frequency of meetings
 - Metrics for how committee will evaluate overall program effectiveness
 - Any other relevant information
 - Renewals Only: Renewal applications with existing Advisory Committees should include names of all committee members during the past project period
